When and where does the tour depart?
Morning tours depart at 7:00 AM and evening tours at 4:00 PM, Makkah time, from your selected meeting point. The current meeting point is Anjum Hotel Makkah.
Is audio guidance available in my language?

Are children free?
Children under 12 are free and do not need to be counted in the booking. The guest counter is for adults only.
How can I pay? Is there a cash fee?
Pay online with no cash fee, or pay in cash with a one-time SAR 5 fee for the whole booking, not per person.
